On this day, I tackled the last of the tomatoes.  The plants were uprooted and the season was done. My plan for the last of the crop? Green tomato relish.

Several Christmas and Hanukkah gifts: done! And my mom said it tasted like the kind she used to eat as a kid in the South. That makes me feel good!
